Shepvia LLC ("Shepvia," "we," "us") provides communication software for pastors and ministry leaders. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to shepvia.com, our software, and the text messages and emails we send.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address, church or ministry name, and anything you write in a form or message to us.
  • Account information: details needed to set up and support your Shepvia account.
  • Basic usage information: standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

How we use your information

  • To set up, run and support your Shepvia account.
  • To answer your questions and requests.
  • To send you account notices, appointment reminders, support replies and, if you agree, occasional updates about Shepvia.
  • To keep our services secure and meet legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, Shepvia may send you text messages about your account, onboarding, support and occasional updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only so they can deliver them.

Churches that use Shepvia

Churches and ministries use Shepvia to communicate with their own members and visitors. Each church controls the information it collects about its people and is responsible for getting their consent. Shepvia processes that information only to provide the service to the church. We never sell it or use it to market to church members.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Shepvia (such as hosting, messaging and payment providers), under agreements that limit their use of it, or when the law requires it.

Keeping information safe

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop marketing emails.
  • Contact us to see, correct or delete your information.

Children

Shepvia is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
