These terms apply to your use of shepvia.com and the Shepvia software and messaging services provided by Shepvia LLC ("Shepvia," "we," "us"). By using Shepvia, you agree to these terms.
Shepvia is communication software for pastors and ministry leaders. It includes visitor and prayer request forms, follow-up messages, contact records and related tools. Features may change over time.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free trial and automatic renewal. New accounts may start with a 7-day free trial. You enter a payment card when you sign up. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged $185 (or the price shown at checkout) on day 8, and then every month (or every year on an annual plan) until you cancel. The texting credit included with your plan starts after your first payment.
How to cancel. Email [email protected] or call (813) 523-0059 and we will cancel your plan. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged. Cancel after that and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Program: Shepvia account and ministry updates.
What you will receive: When you give your mobile number to Shepvia and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Shepvia about your account, onboarding, appointments, support and occasional product updates.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Consent: Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Churches that use Shepvia send their own messages to their own members and visitors. Each church is responsible for the content of its messages and for having consent to send them. To stop texts from a church, reply STOP to that church's message.
Shepvia is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, Shepvia's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
